LTS would like to pass on its congratulations to Jean Stevenson, her hard working committee and all members of Montrose Tennis Club for this fantastic accolade.
In the past year the club became only the 2 nd one in the north Scotland to achieve LTA Clubmark status, it was successful in the TV's People's Millions competition which allowed it to install floodlights on 3 of its courts, they resurfaced the same courts using LTS as its surface contractor and to cap it all they have a full time coach!
The club has also completed the total refurbishment of its club house.
It has 200 members and has taken the sport out to local schools and has become more accessible to the local community encouraging more and more people to take up the sport.
