One of the most prestigious golf clubs in England wanted to put down a synthetic grass walkway onto an area with a big traffic footprint. The walkway over the bridge on the second fairway required a new surface that not only needed to be long lasting but it had it had to look good as well.

LeisureTec was chosen from a list of contractors and installed its highly durable “PlayGrass 20” surface which is sand filled. This was installed on top of a compacted stone base.

Mark Mennell Head Greenkeeper said “I am delighted with the job. It was well organised and all materials plus the team itself arrived bang on time. The work was carried out within 1 day and we now have a great looking walkway. I am sure we will be doing others on the course based on this one”.
